Prep Guide
Cinema-grade capture records what is actually there. A few decisions before we arrive — access, lighting, finish and people — do more for the film than any edit afterward.
01
Confirm access to interiors, amenities, rooftops and any restricted areas. Share security, insurance and escort requirements before the day.
02
Clear staging areas of construction debris where possible. Hide bins, equipment and temporary signage from primary elevations.
03
Finish or style key rooms that will appear on camera. Empty spaces can be visualized — tell us which rooms need that support.
04
Confirm which systems we can use: house lighting, landscape, amenity and façade. Evening architecture needs working exterior lights.
05
Share airspace restrictions, nearby airports and any building-management rules. Aerials are planned in pre-production.
06
If leadership or lifestyle talent will appear, schedule them. A development story is stronger when the people behind the asset are on camera.
Property showcases, development stories, aerials and architectural stills — scoped as one campaign.
